Services
Supportive services are offered for all tenants in CFSC housing. Services are tailored to the needs of each tenant and property. Below are just a few ways in which tenants are supported in their tenancy.

House Meetings
To promote positive living environments, tenants are encouraged to attend "house meetings" or "property meetings" to address outstanding concerns, questions, or general updates from property management or the supportive services staff.

1:1 Support
The supportive services staff can meet with tenants one-on-one to discuss tenancy-related activities such as utility bills, solving housing-related problems, assisting with move-ins and other bespoke needs.

Community Connections
If the supportive services staff cannot meet a specific need of the tenant, staff can refer tenants to other community resources and ensure a warm hand-off is provided.
